Anyone who can use a device or browser that's signed in to your Microsoft account can open your Bing history. Your history is one click away at bing.com/profile/history on any browser where you're signed in. The browser's own history also shows the Bing pages you opened. On shared computers, sign out when you're done or use a private window.

Your searches are saved to your account, so anyone who can sign in can read them from any device. Use a strong password, turn on two-step verification, and check your devices for ones you don't recognize.
Parents (Microsoft Family Safety)
For child accounts in a Microsoft family group, activity reporting can show parents the searches and sites visited in Microsoft Edge on Windows, Xbox and mobile. Reporting covers Edge; organizers can block other browsers so children don't bypass it.

On a work or school account or a managed device, your organization may be able to see your activity through account logs, device management and network monitoring. Assume anything done on a work device is visible to your employer.

Bing uses HTTPS, so the network owner can typically see that you connected to bing.com, but not the words you searched or the results. They may also see the other websites you then visit.
